Quick Guide to Setting Up a Custom Invoice Template in QuickBooks Online
Step 1: Log in to QuickBooks Online
- Open QuickBooks Online and log in to your account.
Step 2: Access Custom Form Styles
- Go to the "Gear" icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Custom Form Styles" under the "Your Company" section.
Step 3: Create a New Invoice Style
- Click "New style" and choose "Invoice."
- Name it "Funded Invoices."
Step 4: Customize Your Invoice
- Use the "Design" tab to add your logo and customize the look.
- In the "Content" tab, click on the body of the invoice to edit the details.
Step 5: Add HSBCnet Bank Details
- In the "Content" tab, add a new section or update the existing payment details.
- Enter your HSBCnet - Corporate Banking details clearly in the payment instructions area.
Step 6: Save Your Template
- Once you're happy with the design and details, click "Done" to save your new template.
Step 7: Use the New Template for Funded Invoices
- When creating a new invoice, click "Customize" at the bottom of the invoice screen.
- Select "Funded Invoices" from the list of custom templates.
