Introduction

Our on-boarding process is a mixture of reviewing information that you provide and a final call/meeting where we confirm how your business operates and how Monet’s services can plug in as easily as possible without disrupting your workflows.  There are five areas we look at: KYB, Credit/Finance, Operations, Legal, and account users as explained below.

Much of this information is handled by us, but requires your input, and this is the most laborious aspect of using Monet - being approved to use our platform

For the avoidance of confusion, here are the terms we use:

Platform: You

Creator: The person or company providing services via the Platform for the Brand.  An influencer, or similar.  You pay the Creators for the work they do.

Onboarding checklist

Our onboarding covers three sections:

  1. Company information and ownership
  2. Company finances
  3. Company Operations/Business
  4. Legal

We gather this information through a combination of identity verification, document requests and a onboarding questionnaire. Onboarding is finalised with a single call to review all of the information provided, then all being well, we will approve your account and funding limit.
